优化脉冲技术联合中药治疗黄褐斑

摘　　要：目的探讨优化脉冲技术(optimal Pulse Technology,OPT)联合中药治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法黄褐斑患者241例随机分为三组:OPT组76例采用波长515～1200nm OPT治疗,治疗3～4次为一疗程,每次间隔3～4周;中药组80例以中药越鞠汤加减治疗;联合治疗组85例行OPT结合中药越鞠汤加减治疗。治疗后评价三组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果 241例患者治疗后,黄褐斑色泽逐渐变淡,皮损面积减小,其中OPT组治愈15例,复发12例,有效率79.0%;中药组治愈16例,复发5例,有效率82.5%;联合治疗组治愈31例,复发1例,有效率97.7%。联合治疗组疗效显著,复发率低。结论优化脉冲光结合中药治疗黄褐斑,临床有效率及治愈率均明显提高,复发率明显降低。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and operation safety of optimal pulse technology(OPT)in combination with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treatment of chloasma.Methods 241 cases of chloasma were divided intoOPT group,TCM group and combined OPT and TCM group.OPT group was treated by 515-1 200 nm OPT instrument.Most of cases needed 3-4 courses.TCM group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Combined OPT and TCM group was treated by OPT in combination with TCM.Result and side effect of the treatment were recorded.Results 241 cases of pigmented disease treated by OPT were followed up for 6 months to one year.The curative rate of the three groups was 79.0%,82.5%,and 97.7% respectively.Conclusions OPT is a new generation of intense pulsed light(IPL),which is effective,safe and valuable for the treatment of chlosma.It is very convenient with less complication.but the curative effect is not very good when it is used to treat chloasma.TCM can promot the curative rate and is easy to be accepted and more excellent than single treatment method.
