摘  要:目的探索目安眼膏抗单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)作用的最佳浓度,为目安眼膏处方设计提供依据。方法将模型兔随机分为7组,每组4只(8眼),采用兔角膜上皮划痕法造模。Ⅰ组~Ⅳ组:分别给予含0%、3%、5%、7%蜂蜜和3%阿昔洛韦(ACV)的目安眼膏;Ⅴ组:模型组;Ⅵ组:给予3%阿昔洛韦眼膏;Ⅶ组:凝胶基质组。接种病毒后第9天,透射电镜观察角膜上皮情况。结果通过电镜观察,含5%蜂蜜的目安眼膏组用药后兔角膜上皮表面微绒毛丰富,细胞层次排列规则,可见相互重叠的扁圆形细胞核,核型较规则,细胞间连接紧密,细胞外胶原纤维结构排列整齐,基质中成纤维细胞形态正常。细胞结构、形态恢复均优于其它各组。结论含5%蜂蜜的目安眼膏对HSV-1抑制作用最强,并有促进角膜上皮修复、愈合、再生作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the optimum concentration of the Muan Ointment against herpes simplex virus(HSV-1) so as to provide a basis for the prescription.METHODS Rabbits were molded in corneal epithelium scarification.Then the model rabbits were randomly divided into seven groups,each with four(8eyes).GroupⅠ to GroupⅣ contained respectively 0%,3%,5% and 7% of honey and 3% acyclovir(ACV)Muan Ointment;GroupⅤ:model group;GroupⅥ:3% acyclovir ointment;GroupⅦ:gel matrix group.Each eye was observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) on the ninth day after inoculation.RESULTS Through electron microscopy,corneal epithelial surface microvilli were rich,cell levels were regular,the nuclear-types of overlapping the flat round nucleus were regular,cells connected closely,extracellular collagen fiber structure was neat,and fibroblasts of matrix were normal in group of Muan Ointment with 5% honey.Cell structure and shape recovery of this group were better than that of the others.CONCLUSIONS Muan Ointment with 5% honey had the strongest inhibitory effect on HSV-1 and had the effects of promoting reparation,healing and regeneration of corneal epithelium.The optimal concentration of honey of Muan Ointment of anti-HSV-1 is 5%.
