摘 要:目的建立咽速康气雾剂中蟾酥的定性定量分析方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对蟾酥进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时对华蟾酥毒基和酯蟾毒配基进行测定。色谱柱:Krom asil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(45∶55);检测波长:296 nm。结果薄层色谱清晰,分离良好,阴性无干扰。华蟾酥毒基的平均回收率为99.49%,RSD为1.19%,酯蟾毒配基的平均回收率为98.83%,RSD为2.71%。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强,可用于咽速康气雾剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods for Venenum bufonis in Yansukang aerosols.Methods Venenum bufonis was identified by TLC.The contents of cinobufagin and resibufogenin were determined by HPLC.The determination was carried out using a Kromasil C18 column with a solvent system: acetonitrile-water(45: 55).The detection wavelength was set at 296 nm.Results The spots from the test solutions on the thin layer plate was clear and the bland solution had no interference.The average recoveries of cinobufagin and resibufogenin were 99.49 %(RSD 1.19 %) and 98.83 %(RSD 2.71 %),respectively.Conclusion The present method is simple,accurate with strong specificity and can be used to control the quality of Yansukang aerosols.
