青钱柳水提液对糖尿病小鼠胰岛细胞的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察青钱柳水提液对糖尿病小鼠血糖、免疫功能和胰岛β细胞的影响。方法用四氧嘧啶尾静脉注射造模,将造模成功的小鼠给予青钱柳水提液5 g.kg-1.d-1和10 g.kg-1.d-1。连续给药14 d后,观察青钱柳对糖尿病小鼠体质量、血糖、胸腺指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率及胰岛形态的影响。结果青钱柳水提液能很好的降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,提高免疫功能,减少四氧嘧啶对胰腺β细胞破坏。结论青钱柳对糖尿病的治疗作用可能是通过降低血糖水平和提高免疫功能及保护胰腺β细胞来实现。Objective To observe the effect of Cyclocarya Paliurus water extract on blood glucose in diabetic mice,immune function,and pancreatic β cells.Methods The model of diabetic mice was induced by tail vein injection of alloxan,Cyclocarya Paliurus water extract 5 g · kg-1 · d-1 and 10g · kg-1 · d-1 was given for 14 days and body weight in diabetic mice,blood glucose,thymus index,the rate of peritoneal macrophages and islet morphology were detected.Results Cyclocarya Paliurus water extract could reduce blood glucose,improve immune function,reduce the destruction of pancreatic β cells in diabetic mice.Conclusion Cyclocarya Paliurus has therapeutic effects on diabetes,and the mechansims may lowering blood sugar levels and improving immune function and protecting of pancreatic β cells.
