如达溃疡散对幽门结扎大鼠胃溃疡实验的影响机制

摘　　要：目的探讨如达溃疡散对实验性胃溃疡的影响机制。方法采用幽门结扎法制成胃溃疡大鼠模型,观察如达溃疡散对大鼠胃液量、pH值、溃疡指数及胃蛋白酶、血浆内皮素因子含量的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,如达溃疡散能显著降低胃液量、溃疡指数,减少胃蛋白酶、血浆内皮素因子的含量,而升高pH值;与奥美拉唑组比较,其低剂量组无显著性差异。结论如达溃疡散对实验性胃溃疡的影响机制可能是因减弱攻击因子而起效的。Objective To study the influence of Radix Ulcer Powder on experimental gastric ulcer.Methods Rat gastric ulcer was made by the ligature of pylorus,and gastric juice volume of rats,pH value,ulcer index and the contents of pepsin,plasma endothelin were detected.Results Compared with model group,Radix ulcer Powder could reduce the gastric juice volume of rats,ulcer index and the contents of pepsin,plasma endothelin,and increase PH value;Between the low dose group and the Omeprazole group,there was no significant difference.Conclusion Radix ulcer Powder has protective effect on gastric ulcer by decreasing the effect of attack factors.
