摘  要:目的优化高良姜中的专属性成分高良姜素含量的高效液相测定方法,制定高良姜的质量标准。方法以高良姜素含量为指标,考察了液相色谱法测定的波长、色谱条件、流动相、线性范围、样品制备方法和中药质量标准分析方法验证试验。结果以甲醇为溶剂,加热回流的方法制备供试品,样品的平均回收率为99.41%,RSD为0.7%(n=6),高良姜素在45.2~904 ng范围内线性关系良好。结论该方法准确可靠、重复性好,简便、毒性低、污染小,适用于高良姜的质量控制。Objective To optimize the HPLC method for determination of galangin,one of characteristic compounds in Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum and draft quality standard for Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum.Methods With amount of galangin as index,wavelength,chromatographic system and system suitability,mobile phase,linear range,preparation of sample and analytic method validation were investigated.Results With methanol as solvent and reflux treatment,the average recover was 99.41%,RSD was 0.7%(n=6),and linear correlation was accepted within the range of 45.2~904.0 ng.Conclusion The method is applicable to quality control of Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum with excellent accuracy,reliability,reproducibility,convenience,low toxic solvent and less environmental pollution.
