中药熏蒸疗法治疗痹证临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏蒸疗法对痹证的临床治疗作用。方法将痹证患者80例随机分为两组,熏蒸组40例,非熏组40例,其中,80例痹证患者辨证为风寒湿型32例,风湿热型48例,非熏组给予一种非甾体抗炎药、一种改善病情慢作用药及香丹针,熏蒸组在非熏组基础上加中药熏蒸治疗。两组均以20次为一个疗程,治疗1疗程后,观察比较两组和两型疗效。结果熏蒸组和非熏组均能明显改善患者的整体疼痛、食欲、身寒热感、困重感、小便色量、大便性状、失眠多梦及关节痛等症,熏蒸组总有效率达95%,显效率达72.5%;非熏组总有效率87.25%,显效率12.5%,两组总有效率和显效率均有非常显著差异(P<0.05)。对风寒湿型痹证疗效在总有效率和显效率两方面较非熏组亦有显著差异(P<0.05～0.01),而对风湿热型的疗效观察中,熏蒸组与非熏组在总有效率方面无明显差异,但显效率有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论中药熏蒸疗法治疗痹证疗效确切,使用方便,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effects of Chinese herb fumigation and steaming therapy for arthromyodynia.Methods 80 patients with arthromyodynia were divided into 2 groups according to the randomized patent principle,Group A was(n=20) treated with conventional therapy(Meloxicam7.5mg/d+MTX10mg/w +xiangdanzhen20ml/d),and Group B(n=20) was treated with conventional therapy and Chinese herb fumigation and steaming therapy together.Besides,80 patients with arthromyodynia were divided into 2 groups:wind-cold-wetness type of arthralgia and wind-wetness-fever type of arthralgia in differentiation of symptoms and signs,and the effect was observed.Results The two groups were improved obviously in pantalgia,appetite,chills and fever feel,weary feel,urine,stool,insomnia and dreaminess,joint pain.Total effective rate and excellence rate of group B were 95% and 72.5%,total effective rate and excellence rate of group A were 87.25% and 12.5%,the total effective rate and excellence rate in group B was superior to that in group A in wind-wetness-fever type of arthralgia(P<0.05),but wind-wetness-fever bype of arthralgia was not.Conclusion Chinese herb fumigation and steaming therapy can improve the symptom,signs of arthromyodynia,and is worth promoting.
