宽叶千斤拔生药学初步研究

摘　　要：目的对宽叶千斤拔进行显微鉴别研究。方法采用滑走切片、粉末制片对药材横切面组织结构及粉末特征进行研究。结果宽叶千斤拔根横切面韧皮部中纤维较多,多成束,韧皮射线不明显;木质部较宽;导管近木心处较密集,排列成放射状。粉末可见木薄壁细胞、韧皮纤维和棕色块等特征结构。结论上述特征可作为宽叶千斤拔的显微鉴定依据,为开发利用这一药物资源提供鉴定资料。Objective To research and develop Flemingia latifolia.Methods The character of cross-section and powder was studied by microscopic section and power slides.Results In the roots of Flemingia latifolia,there was more fiber and in bundle,the phloem ray was not significant;the xylem was wide;the vessel was intensive and radial close to the centre of the roots.There were parenchyma,bast fiber and brown block in powder.Conclusion The above features can be used as the basis of microscopic identification of Flemingia latifolia and it provides identification information on the development and utilization of the herbs.
