摘　　要：目的探求更为快捷、准确的通心络胶囊评价方法。方法采用高效毛细管电泳法对10批通心络胶囊进行分析。条件为石英毛细管(75μm×50 cm),电解缓冲液为20 mmol/L,硼酸盐溶液(pH 8.5),电压为15 kV,检测波长254 nm。结果 10批通心络胶囊相似度良好,建立了通心络胶囊标准指纹图谱。结论高效毛细管电泳具有良好的重现性和准确度,可作为通心络胶囊快速准确的质量控制方法。Objective To investigate an easy and accurate method for the quality control of Tongxinluo.Methods The content of Tongxinluo capsule was analyzed by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE).Results 10 batches of Tongxinluo capsule were analyzed and standard HPCE fingerprint chromatogram of Tongxinluo was established.Conclusion The method has good reproducibility,precision and accuracy,and can be applied to quality control of Tongxinluo.
