摘  要:我们着重于衍射增强成像(DEI)中的图像及其衬度分析,确定不同组织类型对DEI成像的影响。利用北京同步辐射装置4W1A束线上的形貌与成像站获得三种软组织的衍射增强图像,采用像素—像素的"加"或"减"算法得到表观吸收图像和折射图像,并用衬度分析法对DEI中的峰位图像、表观吸收图像和折射图像的成像质量进行比较。结果显示:软组织的峰位图像与表观吸收图像的吸收衬度相近,但边界效应不及折射图像。不同软组织折射图像的折射衬度不完全相同,肺组织和肾组织的吸收衬度和折射衬度比较高,而肝脏组织的衬度比较低,说明衍射增强成像对改善肝脏组织的成像效果不够明显。因此,折射图像辨别能力强,更适合观察肺和肾等软组织的细微结构。The images and the contrast based on the diffraction enhanced imaging(DEI) were mainly analyzed and the impacting on the DEI imaging of different soft tissues was determined in this paper.The DEI images of three soft tissues were obtained at the topography and imaging station from 4W1A beam-line of Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility(BSRF).The apparent absorption images or refraction images were carried to add or subtract through 'pixel by pixel' algorithm,and the image quality of peak-image,apparent absorption image and refraction image was studied by the method of contrast analysis.The results showed that the contrast of peak image is similar to that of apparent absorption for the same tissue,but their boundary effect was less than that of the refraction images.For the other hand,the refraction contrast was different in their refraction image for various soft tissues.The absorption and refraction contrast of lung and kidney tissue were relatively high,while the contrast of liver tissue was relatively low. So it illustrates that improving the imaging quality is not obvious in diffraction enhanced imaging of liver tissue.Therefore,there is better ability to distinguish the fine structure of soft tissues such as lung or kidney and more suitable to observe the fine structure for the refraction image.
