摘　　要：本文针对注水井口单流阀存在的技术缺陷,从耐压程度、维修、过滤等方面进行了创新设计,设计了新型高压注水井单流阀(于2008年6月获国家专利),解决了老式单流阀易失效、截压、不能耐高压(>25MPa)和维修不方便等诸多难题。经过近两年来试验与推广证明,新型单流阀满足了注水要求。In this paper,we researched the old non-return valve,found out some defect of the old non-return valve.To resolve the defects,we research and manufactured one kind of new non-return valve,which designed from pressure-tight,maintain,filtration,to resolve the defects of the old non-return valve.After test in the injection wellhead almost two years,we proved that the new non-return valve is perfect in using.
