摘　　要：毕业生就业是高校的一项重要工作,通过对高校毕业生就业的现状、存在的问题与具体表现进行探讨,本文从不同的视角,矫正高校毕业生就业难的某些错误认识,并分析影响其产生的相关因素。Dealing with the difficulties in college graduates employment is an important job to a college or university.By analyzing the current situations and the problems of college graduates employment,and the factors leading to several misunderstandings about the difficulties in college graduates employment,the paper discusses how to correct those misunderstandings.
