紫地榆对口腔致龋菌抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究中药紫地榆水提物对2种常见致龋菌的抑菌活性。[方法]采用琼脂稀释法测定紫地榆水提取物在体外厌氧环境对变形链球菌、血链球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]紫地榆水提取物对2种试验菌株均有抑制作用,对变形链球菌的MIC为16mg/ml,对血链球菌的MIC为8 mg/ml。[结论]紫地榆水提取物对牙周致病厌氧菌有较好的抑制作用。[Objective] To investigate antibacterial activity of Geranium strictipes against two kinds of bacteria in caries.[Method] The agar dilution method was used to determine the minimal inhibition concentration(MIC) of the water extract of Geranium strictipes to S.mutans and S.sanguis.[Result] Geranium strictipes can inhibit the growth of the two bacteria to some extent.The MIC of water acetate extract against S.mutans and S.sanguis was 16,8 mg/ml.[Conclusion] The extract of Geranium strictipes is of certain inh...
