摘　　要：目的分离鉴定藏药材蓝玉簪龙胆Gentiana veitchiorum的化学成分。方法利用正反硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据波谱分析确定化学结构。结果共分离鉴定出7个化合物,其结构分别为乌索酸(Ⅰ)、2α-羟基-乌索酸(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、polygalacerebroside(Ⅳ)、异牡荆苷(Ⅴ)、异金雀花素(Ⅵ)和异荭草苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅳ均为首次从蓝玉簪龙胆中分离得到,化合物Ⅱ和Ⅳ是首次从龙胆属植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Gentiana veitchiorum. METHODS Seven compounds were isolated and purified by silica colunm chromatography,preparative TLC,and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The chemical struc-tures of the compounds were identified on the basis of 1D-and 2D-NMR spectral analysis.
