摘  要:目的考察盐酸米诺环素脂质体的制备工艺,测定脂质体的含量,并评价其质量。方法用薄膜分散法制备盐酸米诺环素脂质体,以包封率为指标,单因素优化制备工艺;以RP-HPLC测定盐酸米诺环素的含量。结果盐酸米诺环素脂质体最佳工艺为:药脂比1∶30,PC-CH(8∶1),水化时间150min,PBS体积10mL,PBS的pH6.5。平均包封率为76.5%±0.8%;平均粒径为103.2nm,PDI为0.211,Zeta电位为-16.5mV。结论优化后的制备工艺可靠,可用于制备盐酸米诺环素脂质体。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation techniques of Minocycline hydrochloride( MINO) liposome,establish a method for content determination and evaluate its quality. METHODS MINO liposome was prepared by the film dispersion method. Single factor was used to study the effects of several influencing factors in preparation on the encapsulation efficiency.
