摘　　要：目的研究莪术微乳凝胶的成型工艺。方法绘制伪三元图并考察理化指标,确定莪术微乳的处方和成型工艺。以失水率及成型效果为指标,优选卡波姆水凝胶基质,载药凝胶通过体外透皮实验筛选处方,优选成型工艺。结果成型工艺为:在空白凝胶的基础上,用三乙醇胺调pH,120r·min-1搅拌15min,边搅拌边加入莪术微乳及氯化钠,超声脱气30min,均匀涂布,冷后于-15℃冷冻24h,再解冻即得。结论所制莪术微乳凝胶弹性好,柔软舒适,应用方便简单。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation method of Cucuma microemulsion gel. METHODS The optimum formulation was investigated by using titration to prepare the Pseudo-ternary phase diagram,with the dissolved load as index to select the surfactant and oil phase. The dehydrate rate and the shape were determined to select adjuvant of the gel. Penetrate skin test was applied to choose the optimization of prescription and preparation.
