摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定9产地不同采收期平贝母中腺苷的含量。方法采用TC-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(5∶95),流速1mL·min-1,检测波长260nm,柱温24℃。结果 10月份更新期采收的平贝母中腺苷含量明显高于5月份枯萎期采收的平贝母,且可高达4倍以上。结论平贝母鳞茎中腺苷的含量随生长发育期的不同有很大变化。OBJECTIVE To compare the contents of adenosine in Bulbus Fritiliariae ussuriensis in different harvest dates. METHODS The Agilent TC-C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used,mobile phase was 5% acetonitrile solution,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1 with VWD detected. The detection wavelength was at 260 nm,colum temperature was at 24 ℃ .
