摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定柔肝解毒胶囊中的绿原酸。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10:90),柱温为室温,流速1.2 mL.min-1,检测波长327 nm。结果回归方程为:Y=3.031×103X+1.042×104(r=0.9998),绿原酸90~800 ng与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.86%,RSD=1.08%(n=6),精密度和重复性的RSD分别为0.41%、1.31%。结论所建方法分离效能高、灵敏准确、重复性好,可作为质控方法 。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Rougan Jiedu capsules by HPLC.METHODS Diamonsil C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid(10:90) as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.2 mL·min-1.The column temperatue was room temperature,and detective wavelengeth was set at 327 nm.RESULTS The linear equation of chlorogenic acid was Y=3.031×103X+1.042×104(r=0.9998),with the average recovery of 100.86%(RSD=1.08%,n=6).The RSDs of precision and repeatability were 0.41%,1....
