摘　　要：随着改革开放的不断深入,新生代农民工开始在城市化建设中发挥着日益重要的作用。新生代农民工要想在城市中更好地生存和发展,就必须不断增强教育需求。以常州市为例,分析新生代农民工教育需求状况,并提出应对相关教育需求问题的对策。With the deepening of opening-up and reform in China,the new generation migrant workers are playing an increasingly important role in the cities urbanization and construction.In order to have a better survival and development in the cities,they must enhance the demand for education.This paper takes the city of Changzhou as an example to analyze the education demand of the new generation migrant workers,and proposes the measures to the questions related to education demand.
