摘　　要：通过文献资料法和比较分析法,对当前金融危机给我国滑雪场带来的负面影响进行了分析。金融危机带给我国滑雪场的影响主要表现在:接待滑雪人数增幅变缓,企业投资信心不足及产业规模化进程受阻等。针对这些问题,文章从团队建设、多元化发展及内部管理的角度提出一些对策措施,力图为我国滑雪场应对金融危机、稳步发展提供借鉴。The negative effects caused by the financial crisis on China skiing resorts are analyzed by means of documenting data and comparative analysis.It is shown that the effects mainly manifest in three aspects: slowing down of the reception s increasing rate,hindering in the process of industrial scale and lacking of confidence from business investment.To solve these problems and provide successful experience for steady development of China s ski resorts,countermeasures in marketing team-building,the ski-based d...
