速度滑冰运动员身体机能评定常用生理生化指标及应用

摘　　要：文章依据速度滑冰运动项目的特点,选取心率、最大摄氧量、血尿素、血红蛋白、血乳酸、血清肌酸激酶、血睾酮/皮质醇等生理生化指标来评定速度滑冰运动员身体机能,为科学评价、监控速度滑冰运动员体能提供一定参考依据。Based on the feature of speed skating,the paper demostrates that heart rate,maximal oxygen uptake,blood urea,hemoglobin,serum lactate,serum creatine kinase,blood testosterone/cortisol are important indexes of evaluating the body function status of the speed skating athletes.It demostrates the athletes body function so that to formulate scientific and rational methods of body function evaluation and to provide reference to improve exercise capacity of the athletes.
