摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,对黑龙江省中学基点校篮球教练员队伍现状进行调查分析,针对存在的问题提出了合理性建议,为黑龙江省中学篮球教练员队伍建设提供理论依据。This paper adopts literature methods material law,survey procedure and inte rview method and so on to investigate and analyze the current situation of the group of basketball coaches on demonstration middle school base in Heilongjiang.It aims at the problem of a reasonable proposal and offer a theoretical basis for the construction of the coaches of the basketball team in Heilongjiang province.
