摘　　要：一些国家执政党依靠政治和法律力量,加强执政体制建设,妥善处理执政党与政府、与民众、与其他政党、与新闻媒体等一系列关系,以争取最广泛的社会支持,达到维护和巩固自身执政地位的目的,其中经验值得借鉴。A number of countries ruling party rely on political and legal forces to strengthen governance institution-building. The ruling party have handling properly relationship with the government, masses, other political parties, and the media to gain the most extensive social support and maintain the purpose of consolidating its ruling position. The experience is worth learning.
