摘 要:介绍了一种用于电站锅炉煤粉点火的等离子体发生器,实验研究了发生器电弧的电压特性,对等离子体发生器的工作气压范围进行了性能评估,并得出了气压与电弧电压的对应曲线,利用焓探针测量了发生器出口轴线方向的温度分布.实验结果表明:此等离子体点火器的工作稳定可靠,工作气压范围广,发生器出口50mm处轴线温度超过3300K,有效点火长度可以达到500mm,有利于点燃煤粉.A plasma generator for igniting coal powder in a power plant boiler was introduced.Experiments have been done to study the arc voltage characteristics.The working air pressure range of the generator has been evaluated and the curve of pressure against arc voltage has been obtained.Moreover,enthalpy probe has been used to measure the temperature distribution along the exit axis of the generator.The results show that this plasma ignitor works stably and reliably,with a wide range of working pressure. The temperature at 50mm from the exit exceeds 3 300K,and the effective ignition length reaches 500 mm,very favorable conditions for coal ignition.
