摘　　要：目的探讨不同RBC数量对COULTER RMAXM型全自动血细胞分析仪测定网织红细胞的影响,以期准确测定重度贫血患者的网织红细胞值。方法测定不同RBC数的标本网织红细胞值,观察标本RBC数对COULTER MAXM型全自动血细胞分析仪测定网织红细胞的影响。结果标本RBC数在2.00~4.50×1012/L范围内时,标本RBC数对网织红细胞的测定基本无影响;当标本RBC数低于2.00×1012/L时,标本网织红细胞测定值增高。结论通过调整重度贫血患者标本的RBC数,可以准确测定其网织红细胞的结果。Objective To study the effects of sample erythrocyte(RBC) count on the detectionof reticulocyte(RET) with COULTTER MAXM analyzer,the aim was to deternine the RET valueaccurately in the patients with severe anaeaetrna.[WTHZ]Methods The RET value of different sampleswith RBC cotmt were determined with COULTER MAXM atnalyze;The effcts of sample RBC.cotrot on the detection of RET were obsetwed.Res-Its there were no effeets of sample RBC count on the RET value of the rmtge of 2.00-4:50×10^(12)/L of RBC coUNt.The RET value waslincreased as the RBC count was lower than 2.00×10^(12)/L.Conclusions By adjinstmg the RBC coumt of patients with.severe anaemia,we can determine the RET value accurately.
