乙型肝炎患者检测HBV前S1抗原、腺苷脱氨酶及α-L-岩藻糖苷酶的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨乙型肝炎患者HBV前S1抗原(HBV preSl-Ag)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)及α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测36例经肝活检证实的乙肝患者和32例健康对照组血清中HBVpreSl-Ag及采用免疫比浊法检测ADA和AFU水平,并与肝活检组织炎症、纤维化分期进行对照研究。结果正常对照组与乙肝患者组HBVpreSl-Ag、ADA和AFU比较,P<0.05具有显著性差异,炎症较轻组ADA含量与炎症较重组比较,P>0.05无统计学意义,炎症较轻组与炎症较重组AFU含量比较,P<0.05具有显著性差异;正常对照组与S1、S2、S3和S4各期间HBVpreSl-Ag、ADA和AFU比较,P<0.05具有显著性差异;S1、S2、S3和S4各期间ADA含量各期间相比较,P<0.05具有显著性差异,而AFU含量S1、S2、S3和S4各期间相比较,P>0.05无统计学意义。结论HBVpreSl-Ag、ADA和AFU对乙肝患者的诊治及预后具有重要的指导意义。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum value HBV-preS1-Ag,adenosine deaminase(ADA)and α-L-Fucosidase(AFU) in hepatitisB viral(HBV) and the relationship between them and the degree of inflammation and the stage of fibre.Methods 36 patients with HBV in observed group and 32 normal persons in control group were studied.All the serum HBVpreS1-Ag of persons were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELIA),ADA and AFU were detected by Immunity turbidimetric method,and the relationship between the serum value and the persons in differents degrees and stages are analyzed.Results the serum value of HBVpreS1-Ag,ADA and AFU in control group are appearance lower than that in observed group [P<0.05],there are no difference in the serum value of ADA between the patients with feeblish inflammation and the patients with severe inflammation [P>0.05] the serum value of AFU in the patients with feeblish inflammation is obviously lower than that in the patients with severe inflammation [P<0.05],the serum value of HBVpreS1-Ag,ADA and AFU in control group is obviously lower than that in observed group(the patients in S1,S2,S3、S4)[P<0.05].There is difference in the serum value of ADA in the stages of S1、S2,S3、S4 [P<0.05],while there is no difference in the serum value of AFU in the stages of S1、S2、S3、S4 [P>0.05].Conclusion Detecting the serum value of HBVpreS1-Ag,ADA and AFU has important guidance value in diagnosis and prognosis of the patients with hepatitis B virus.
