2型糖尿病患者血清抵抗素浓度与血脂代谢水平的临床意义

摘　　要：目的了解2型糖尿病患者血清抵抗素浓度与空腹血糖、血脂的关系。方法选择52例2型糖尿病患者和40例健康中老年人,分别分为糖尿病组和非糖尿病组,用竞争性酶联免疫吸附法测定各组空腹血浆抵抗素水平,同时检测空腹血糖、血脂各项指标。结果糖尿病空腹血浆抵抗素水平显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。抵抗素与甘油三脂、空腹血糖呈正相关关系(r=0.687,p<0.05,r=0.849,p<0.05),而抵抗素与其余各项血脂指标、性别之间无明显相关性。结论血清抵抗素水平与2型糖尿病关系密切,抵抗素水平可能影响体内能量代谢和平衡,与糖、脂代谢的关系更为密切。Objective To find out the relationship between the serum resistin levels and insulin resistance,blood-glucose as well as blood lipids in the patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods the type 2 diabetes and non-diabetic control subjects were selected,the serum resistin levels after an overnight fasting were measured by competitive ELSEA.Other date includiag blood-glucose,blood lipids.were gotten,too.Results The resistin level in the patients with type 2 diabetes was significantly higher than that of non-diabetic controls(p<0.05).Resistin levels showed a positive correlation with TG(r=0.687,p<0.05) and blood-glucose(r=0.849,p<0.05).No correlation among resistin and other blood lipids and gender were found.Conclusions The study results suggested that resistin maybe play a part in the type 2 diabetes.Resistin energy metabolism and blance,but resistin may be more closely correfated with glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.
