摘　　要：目的比较热灭活状态和活苗状态乳酸杆菌对宫颈癌细胞(Hela)的粘附活性。方法运用光镜分析乳酸杆菌活菌和热灭活两种生物状态对Hela细胞的粘附指数。结果两种生物状态的乳酸杆菌对Hela细胞的粘附具有显著性,而热灭活状态对Hela细胞的粘附指数显著高于活菌状态。结论经热灭活的乳酸杆菌对Hela细胞有较强粘附性。Objective To compare the adhesive ability of inactivated and living many kinds lactobaeilli to Hela cells.Methods Microscope was used to analyze the adherence index of the lactobacilli in two different forms to Hela certs.Results There was significant difference in the adherence index of the lactobacilli in two different forms to Hela cells,but the adherence index of the heat-killed lactobadilli was higher than that of the living ones.Conclasion The inactivated lactobacilli had potential to adhere to Hela cells.
