摘 要:目的以PLGA为材料,采用静电纺丝方法制备了纤维支架,考察制备参数对纤维支架结构的影响规律。方法本实验以氯仿为溶剂,调节PLGA溶液浓度和流量分别制备了具有不同表面形貌的纤维支架。通过扫描电镜(SEM)研究了纺丝溶液的浓度、流量对纤维形貌和直径的影响。结果随着纺丝溶液浓度的增加,纤维直径增大,支架结构中纤维比例增加。而随着流量的增加,纤维直径略有增大,液滴增多且逐渐聚集成团。结论当其他参数一定时,溶液浓度过低或流速过大均无法得到理想的纤维结构。Objective To prepare PLGA fiber scaffolds with electrospinning process and investigate the influence of preparation parameters on the structure of the scaffolds. Methods With chloroform as the solvent, the PLGA fiber scaffolds with different surface morphology were produced altering PLGA solution concentration and the flowing rate. The morphology and diameter of the fibers was observed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results The results indicate that the diameter of fibers increases with the increase in the concentration of PLGA solution. When the concentration of solution is very low, only beads form and no fibers are observed. The morphology of scaffolds ranges from beads, beads-to-strings to fibers with the increase of polymer solution concentration. As the flowing rate increases, more and more beads appear and even polymer agglomerates are observed. Conclusions This study suggested that with other parameters kept constant, excessively low concentration of polymer solution or high flowing rate cannot produce the ideal structure of fiber scaffolds.
