摘　　要：目的总结胸腹带蒂皮瓣修复软组织缺损、骨质外露的效果。方法电击伤、炭火烧伤、热压伤等造成的手部深度烧伤,早期行清创术后采用胸腹带蒂皮瓣修复软组织缺损、肌腱、血管、骨质外露的创面。结果所有皮瓣成活良好,且手的部分功能恢复。结论早期采用皮瓣修复,能最大的保留了手的外形和功能,且带蒂皮瓣安全可靠,效果较好。Objective To summarize the results of chest-abdominal pedicled flap for repairing soft tissue defect and exposure bone. Methods All of cases were deep burn of hands clue to electric burn, fire or heat injury. After early debridement, chest-abdominal pedicled flap were used to repair soft tissue defect and exposure wound of tendon, vessels, as well bone. Results All flaps survived well and some function of the hand recovered. Conclusions Chest-abdominal flap for repairing soft tissue defect could recover the shape and some function of the hands. The pedicled flaps were safe and could obtain good results.
