螺旋扩大矫治器矫治唇腭裂修复术后乳牙反畸形

摘　　要：目的探索快速有效的扩大牙弓的方法,矫治唇腭裂修复术后的乳牙反畸形。方法采用螺旋扩大矫治器进行前牙和后牙的扩弓,加力18～33天,戴用保持器3～6个月。结果59例反患者牙弓明显扩大,反得到不同程度矫正。矫治前后牙弓近远中长度平均增加2.8mm;乳尖牙距离平均增加4.8mm,第二乳磨牙距离平均增加4.0mm。结论采用螺旋扩大矫治器扩弓速度快,扩弓幅度大,是一种较理想的矫治唇腭裂修复术后乳牙反畸形的方法。Objective To explore a rapid and effective method for expanding the dental arch and correcting the crossbite in the primary dentition after cleft lip or/and palate repair.Methods To adopt screw expansion appliance to gradually expand posterior and anterior dental arch with 18～33 day activation and 3～6 month retainment.Results All 59 patients underwent the treatment.The dental arch was obviously expanded and the crossbite was corrected to a certain extent.The dental arch was increased by mean 2.8 mm anteroposteriorly,by mean 4.8 mm between two upper primary tusks and by mean 4.0 mm between two primary second-molars.Conclusion Screw expansion appliance can rapidly expand dental arch to relatively large extent and is an effective method of the crossbite correction in the primary dentition after cleft lip or/and palate repair.
