摘　　要：本文提出了一种以可信度为基础的不确定性推理算法,并将其应用到专家系统平台的开发实现中。然后以该平台实现的辣椒专家系统的种子选择决策为例,对推理机的应用进行了陈述。试图在理论与实践上产生一定的突破,同时使平台系统能为建造各种实用的专家系统提供方便。The paper offers an uncertain reasoning arithmetic based on reliability and then we apply this arithmetic to the realization of the expert system platform. In this paper, we also state the application of the reasoning machine, taking the breed decision-making in the pimiento expert system, which is realized by the platform, as example. We try to bring some breakthrough and provide convenience for building some useful expert systems by the help of the expert system platform.
