摘　　要：毛状根培养是生产植物次生代谢产物的新途径、新方法。对毛状根培养生产次生代谢产物的技术特点、毛状根诱导的分子机理以及利用毛状根生物反应器大规模生产植物次生代谢产物的研究进展进行阐述,为利用毛状根培养技术大规模生产有用药物提供参考。Hairy root culture is a new approach and new method for the production of plant secondary metabolites products.This article illustrates the technical characteristics of the hairy roots produce secondary metabolites products,and the molecular mechanism induced by hairy root,also with the research progress of using hairy root bioreactor massive produce plants secondary metabolic products to provide a reference for using hairy roots bioreactor massive produce drugs.
