摘　　要：兴起于20世纪80年代的新公共管理理论在指导西方国家的政府改造运动中发挥了积极作用,取得了明显的成效。在当前公安社会管理创新中借鉴新公共管理理论从理论上和实践上都具有可行性。在新公共管理理论的指引下,公安社会管理创新要努力在管理理念、管理主体、管控模式、控制机制等四个方面寻求转变,并努力从强化公安民警服务理念、推进公安社会管理工作社会化改革、构建多元主体参与社会治安防控体系、建设公安社会管理评价机制等方面着手进行。The new theory of public administration emerged in 1980s and played an active role in guiding the movement of government reform in western countries.It is feasible for the work of public security administration innovation to learn from the theories and practices of the new public administration.Under the guide of new public administration theory,public security administration innovation needs to change in the four aspects of administration concept,administration subject,administration mode and control mecha...
