双缺口理论与中国西部地区利用外资

摘　　要：西部大开发是我国经济建设的重要举措,而资金的短缺是西部开发的一个重要的制约因素。这一问题需要靠引进外资来解决。文章采用双缺口模型探讨了我国西部利用外资的必要性,并对西部地区利用外资的现状、外资利用度偏低的原因进行了分析,提出西部地区利用外资的五点相关建议。The opening of western China is an important measure in Chinese economy construction.Fund shortages are as one of the key determinants to the future development of western China.The problem is solved by inflow of FDI(foreign direct investment).This article approaches the necessities of FDI inflow to western China according to dual gap model.In addition,it analyzes developing status and causes on lower FDI utilization ratio.Finally,it proposes five suggestions on utilizing FDI of western China.
