摘　　要：加快西部发展,深入推进西部大开发,继续实施区域发展总体战略是十七大政治报告的一个新提法。本文就此做出理性探讨。To speed up the western development,pubsh forward the western exploitation and continue implementing the general strategy of regional development is a new formulation proposed in the political report of the 17th Communist Party Congress.The article will have a rational discussion on the idea.
