摘　　要：目的为了较全面的了解本地区基层口腔诊疗机构医院感染管理工作的落实情况以及口腔诊疗设备安全处理方面存在的问题。方法针对辖区所有基层口腔诊疗机构,依据《医院感染管理规范》制定统一检查表格,采取现场调查的方法。结果有医院感染管理规章制度的占82.2%;没有医院感染管理制度的监督和落实的占32.2%;有91.4%医疗机构的手机可达到灭菌处理,有60.4%的医疗机构能开展消毒灭菌效果监测,有98.15%医疗机构的医疗器械能达到消毒。结论基层口腔诊疗机构的医院感染管理工作仍需加强。OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of management of nosocomial infection in stomatology department and to evaluate the disinfection and isolation situation of dental clinical equipment. METHODS Spot investigation was performed on tabbing the accordant examination table aiming at all stomatology department according to the criterion of Hospital Infection Management Standards. RESULTS It was 82. 2％ that there were the management rules and regulations of nosocomial infection in the hospitals, the hospitals that there were not monitoring of the management rules and regulations of nosocomial infection accounted for 32.3％. The qualification rates of oral turbine handspieces were 91.4％. The stomatology departments that developed monitoring sterilizing efficiency of dental clinical equipment accounted for 60.4 ％, The stomatology departments in which dental clinical equipments were disinfected accounted for 98. 15％. CONCLUSIONS It is showed that the management of nosocomial infection must be strengthened in the basic dental departments.
