摘 要:根据《“防止电力生产重大事故的二十五项重点要求”继电保护实施细则》,认为双重化配置后应当加强现有保护装置的防误动措施,分析了三种电路拓扑在防误动方面的特点,总结出目前双重化配置实施过程中存在的难题,并针对这些问题提出了一些建设性的建议。包括应当从互感器配置、保护原理、保护单元设计和组屏方案等多个方面,系统地解决保护双重化后的可靠性问题。According to Detailed Implementation Rules of Protection Relay for Twenty-Five Important Measures of Preventing Electric Power Production from Grave Accidents, somemeasures that must be taken to prevent protection relays from mis-operation under the condition of redundant configuration are suggestsed. The advantages and disadvantages of three hardware circuit topologies are analyzed and some difficult problems during implementing redundant configuration are summarized. Some constructive suggestions on such difficult problems are provided. The authors thinkthat the reliability of protection apparatus should systematically be improved from transformer configuration, protection principles, relay unit design scheme and combination scheme of cabinets after implementing redundant configuration.
