MICROCALORIMETRY DETERMINATION OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY AND DIFFUSIVITY OF ENERGETIC MATERIALS

摘  要:建立了用Joule效应径向加热与Peltier效应致冷补偿相结合,在微量热量计上测定含能材料导热系数和热扩散率的装置及方法。利用该装置测定了聚四氟乙烯、有机玻璃、石英玻璃、高密聚乙烯四种标准物质及JH-9105、JOB-9003、JO-9159、JO-9185、JB-9001、JOB-9006六种塑料粘结炸药在298.2K下的导热系数及热扩散率,并对实验数据进行了误差分析。四种标准物质的导热系数及热扩散率与文献值的相对误差分别小于0.8%及0.4%。测定不平衡热及径向热流的相对标准偏差分别为0.4%及0.1%,导热系数及热扩散率的测定总相对标准偏差在1.2%以内。圆简体试样内外半径和不平衡热的测量误差是影响导热系数及热扩散率测定准确度的主要因素。The radius heating by Joule effect and cooling compensation of PeItier ef-fect are used together to set up a device and a method to determine the thermal conductivity,λ, and diffusivity,a,of energetic material;by means of microcalorimetry, The λand a values of 10 materials,including four standards(PTFE, PMMA, quartz glass,high density polyethylene)and six polymer bonded explosives(JH-9105, JOB-9003,JO-9159 , JO-9185, JB-9001 and JOB-9006),were determined at 298. 2K. The experi-mental data analvsis shows that the deviations of λ and a of 4 standard substances areless than 0.8%and 0.4%respectively compared with those in the known references。The relative standard deviation of determining unequilibrium heat and radius flux arecorrespondingly higher than 0.4%and 0.1%, The overall relative standard deviationsof determined λ and aare within the range of 1.2%。 The determination errors of the un-equilibrium heat and the internal and external radii of the eylinder sample are the majorfactors affecting the accuracy of determining the λand a.
