摘 要:建立了毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)分析测定芹菜素、木犀草素和异槲皮甙的方法.研究了缓冲溶液的浓度、pH、分离电压等对分离的影响.在优化条件下,三种被测物质可以在11 min内实现良好的分离.芹菜素、木犀草素和异槲皮甙的峰面积与浓度分别在0.001 250~0.8000,0.002 500~0.1000和0.002 500~0.1 000 g·L-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性,线性相关系数分别为0.999 5,0.999 5和0.998 1.检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.000 42,0.000 5和0.000 82 g·L-1.并对银菊珍珠胶囊中的芹菜素、木犀草素和异槲皮甙进行了测定,结果满意.Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was developed to determine apigenin, luteolin and isoquercitrin. The effects of pH and buffer concentration and applied voltage on the separation were studied. Under the optimized conditions, three analytes could be well separated in 11 min. A good linearity between the peak area and the concentration was found in range of 0. 001 250--0. 800 0, 0. 002 500--0. 100 0 and 0. 002 500--0. 100 0 g·L^-1 with correlation coefficients of 0. 999 5, 0. 999 5 and 0. 998 1 for apigenin, luteolin and isoquercitrin respectively. The detection limits (S/N= 3) were 0. 000 42 g · L^-1 (apigenin), 0. 000 5 g · L^-1 (luteolin),0.000 82 g· L^-1 (isoquercitrin) respectively. The method was used to determine the three analytes in Silver Chrysanthemum Pearl Capsule, and the results were satisfactory.
