摘　　要：政治文化作为一种社会政治现象,反映着国家和民族客观的政治历史和政治现实。臣民文化作为中国传统政治文化的基本构成,其价值结构表现在君权至上的价值准则、宗法纲常的人治传统、清官圣人的政治期盼、权利主体观念的泯灭四个层面,是一种带有明显奴性特征的政治文化。公民文化作为一种现代与传统、东方与西方文化之融合的政治文化,本质上是一种民主的政治文化。培育有中国特色的社会主义公民文化,是中国政治民主化进程的重要内容。As a social and political phenomenon,political culture reflects the objectivity of the country and the nation's political history and political reality.Subject culture as a basic component of Chinese traditional political culture has a special value system,with obvious characteristics of the political culture of servility.Civic culture is a democratic political culture,which,to cultivate the socialism with Chinese characteristics,is an important part of the process of political democratization in China.
