摘　　要：进一步调整和优化国家及区域产业结构是当前我国宏观经济运行的显著特征和预期目标。文章首先对环渤海经济圈内总体的制造业结构相似系数以及产业层面的结构相似系数进行实证测度,证实了该区域内产业同构的存在,环渤海经济圈由于行政分割产生的地方保护是导致区域内产业同构的主要内在动因,通过构建一个区域行政分割下的地方保护与区域内产业动态选择模型进一步证实了该结论。The paper measured the similar structure coefficients of the general manufacturing industry and the specific industry in the Region of Bohai Ring,and approved that the industrial structure convergence exists in the region.It is argued that the local protectionism originated in the administration division is the main reason for the industrial structure convergence in the region.To prove the conclusion we designed a model of local protectionism originated in the administration division with the dynamic choice...
