摘　　要：文章通过对某造船企业的经验总结和理论提升,论述从工艺专业化转向中间产品专业化的生产方式变革驱动的综合创新战略。在流程创新上,与基于消除"瓶颈"因素的解除约束不同,提出主辅流程分离的框架结构,以提高核心能力和生产效率、外化辅助能力;在组织结构创新上,提出由专业生产群落、分段基地、总装中心、服务中心等构成的动态联盟式的、网络化的造船集群组织结构,并对成组技术、敏捷造船技术与模块化装配技术基础上的集成创新进行分析。By summing up the experience of a shipbuilding enterprise and enhancing theories,the paper discusses the integrated innovative strategies of change-driven by production methods which refer to a shift from craft specialization to the specialization of intermediate goods.In the innovation of process,the framework about separation of main and auxiliary processes is proposed to enhance the core capabilities,production efficiency and externalization complementary capabilities,which is different from removal of c...
