摘　　要：在工程建设监理合同中,建设单位如果能够增加工程招投标阶段监理的权利和任务,监理工程师就可以依据业主赋予的相应权利和任务,协助业主签订好施工合同,选准施工队伍,严明执法,使建设项目达到理想的目标。Construction units in the construction supervision contract,we should increase the project bidding phase of rights and duties of supervision,supervision engineers to give the owners can be based on the corresponding rights and duties,a good sign construction contracts to assist owners,selecting the right construction team,strict law enforcement,so that construction projects to achieve the desired goals.
