摘　　要：肝脏卵圆细胞是具有多向分化潜能的干细胞,在一定的条件下可诱导分化为胰岛β细胞,葡萄糖、细胞外基质、细胞因子和胰岛转录因子等诸多因素均参与分化过程的调控。文章就肝脏卵圆细胞向胰岛β细胞分化的影响因素进行综述。Hepatic oval cells are pluripotent stem cells,which can be induced to trans-differentiate into pancreatic β cells under certain conditions.Many factors such as diabetes mellitus,extracellular matrix,cytokines and pancreatic islet transcription factor may be involved in the trans-differentiation of hepatic oval cells into pancreatic β cells.This article reviews the influential factors in the trans-differentiation of hepatic oval cells into pancreatic β cells.
