摘 要:通过正交实验测试了水体溶氧、温度、氮和磷水平对菹草冬芽萌发的影响.结果表明:溶氧对菹草冬芽最终萌发率和单个冬芽萌发出芽的个数有极显著的影响,厌氧条件下萌发率和单个冬芽出芽的数目较高;而温度、氮和磷水平均无影响.对于萌发后两周内幼苗的生长、温度、溶氧有显著影响;氮和磷水平对幼苗的生长无显著效应.氧饱和条件下,20℃时,萌发的幼苗能够正常生长,根的发育正常;10℃时,萌发的幼苗初期生长较慢,但最终也能够正常生长发育,根长出时间较晚且生长速度慢.厌氧条件下,20℃和10℃时幼苗虽然生长速度较快,但均为白化苗,且根的发育受到抑制.The effect of dissolved oxygen, temperature and concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus on the germination of turion of Patamogetoncrispus L. was investigated at the present study. The results indicated that dissolved oxygen affemed the germination rate and the number of bud per turion significantly, and anaerobic conditions enhanced germination of turion of Patamogeton crispus L. and number of bud per turion; however, temperature and the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus had no effem on the germination. Dissolve oxygen and temperature also affected the growth of shoots of Potamogeton crispus L. in tow weeks after germination, while no effect was found related to the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus. Under the condition of high dissolved oxygen, the shoots grew normally at 20 ℃,but grew slowly at 10 ℃. Under the anaerobic condition, the shoots grew faster hut without pigmentation, and the development of root was inhibited.
