摘  要:通过对四种不同R e含量的单晶高温合金1100℃/140M Pa持久性能研究,探讨了R e对单晶高温合金持久性能的强化作用。结果表明:合金的稳定性显著影响R e对高温持久性能的强化作用。适量R e提高单晶高温合金的持久寿命,过量R e降低合金的稳定性,明显降低R e对合金的强化作用。The stress rupture properties of four batches of experimental single crystal superalloys containing various levels of Re were tested at ll00C/140MPa, and the strengthening effects of Re on the stress rupture properties of single crystal superalloys at elevated temperature were investigated. The results showed that stability of single crystal superalloys significantly influenced the strengthening effects of Re on the stress rupture properties. The stress rupture properties of single crystal superalloys were enhanced with appropriate Re addition, the stability of single crystal superalloys were depressed with superfluous Re content, therefore the strengthening effects of Re in single crystal superalloys were restrained obviously.
