摘  要:用原位生成法制备了球状VC颗粒增强不锈钢基复合材料。利用正交设计实验法,确定了制备该复合材料的最佳工艺。采用SEM,XRD等测试手段对复合材料的微观组织和相结构进行观察,证实了该复合材料基体上弥散分布着球状VC增强颗粒。讨论了浇注温度、保温时间等因素对形成VC增强颗粒的影响。实验验证了制备复合材料的最佳工艺。The VCp reinforced stainless steel-based composites were prepared by in-situ reaction, The optimal process of manufacturing composites was defined via experimental methods of orthogonal arrays design. The microstructure and phase structure of composites were investigated by means of SEM and XRD, It was confirmed that the spherical VCp strengthened particles were distributed dispersely on the base body of composites. The effects of reaction temperature and heat preservation time on the strengthened particles' formation of spherical VCp were discussed, The results further verified the optimal process of composites preparation,
