摘  要:在99.98%N2(200 Pa)保护气氛下,通过辐射加热在热交换器不锈钢衬筒的待钎焊表面涂覆铜层,研究了涂铜工艺参数对铜在不锈钢中扩散行为的影响。结果表明:铜在不锈钢衬筒中的扩散深度随着停留时间和加热温度的增加而增加;随着加热次数的增加,铜扩散深度进一步增加。对不锈钢衬筒涂铜试样进行100%着色检查,所有试样内外表面均无裂纹。By radiation heating with shielding gas of nitrogen (99.98%, 200Pa), the effects of copperizing parameters on the copper diffusion in type 316 stainless steel socket were studied. The heating temperature and holding time had distinct effects on the copper diffusion depth in the stainless steel socket. The copper diffusion depth increased with increasing the heating temperature and holding time, and increased further with increasing the heating times. 100% dye checking showed there were no cracks at both inside and outside surfaces.
