摘　　要：本文利用二维水环境容量模型计算黄河包头段各控制断面间的水环境容量,结合包头市经济社会"十一五"发展规划,预测汇流区域内氨氮和化学需氧量对水环境的影响,通过对各断面的环境承载能力的分析,提出了规划控制对策,为流域水环境实现科学管理提供技术支撑。The article calculated water environmental capacity of each control section in Yellow River Baotou section by using the model of 2-d water environmental capacity.Combined with 'the eleventh five' program outline of national economy and social development in Baotou,the paper predicted the influence of ammonia nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand in confluence area on water environment,and analyzed the environmental bearing capacity of each section to put forward the control strategies,finally,it provided technical support to realize scientific management on basin water environment.
